The choice of cooking surface can change the whole course of nutrition. Choosing the right cooking surface depends on which product is to be cooked and which method to be used in cooking. This decision is directly related to our eating habits. The right choice of cooking surface is mostly related to health. Certain types of materials may expose toxic substances and may pose a health hazard in case of contact with foods. The aim of this research is to evaluate the cooking surfaces together with their health and nutrition habits and to bring them together on a map.
